Refund policy

We do not accept exchanges or returns of products — only refunds, according to the terms of our policy.
In alignment with our mission, Ecoliora cannot guarantee that returns will be accepted. By adopting an environmentally focused approach, we can all help reduce the 4 billion pounds of landfill waste and 15 million metric tons of CO₂ emissions generated annually by returned products.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
To qualify for a refund, the product must not have been used.
Refunds will only be accepted if the customer does not receive the product or if the item has a manufacturing defect. Please email us at support@ecoliora.com.
Certain types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.

To complete your refund request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is completed.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
